T-shirt Fundraiser

Our Longview Type One Diabetes Foundation (a 501c3 non-profit) is doing a tax deductible t-shirt fundraiser for support in our local community. The profits go back 100% to our member services locally. Members name & age of diagnosis will be on the back of this shirt. We would love to see everyone wearing these shirts in support of our members! November is National Diabetes Awareness month & anytime you wear this shirt YOU will be helping to save lives!!! The symptoms of T1 will also be displayed on the back of the shirts. Please let us know how many you would like to order & we will gladly help you with the ordering your shirt!
